We consider the duty of confidentiality to be a natural obligation. As holders of absolutely protected secrets, we are committed to the highest level of data protection and data security. All confidential client files are stored on separate servers that are not connected to the internet.

For direct communication with our clients, we offer conventional and state-of-the-art communication technologies, encryption methods, and the use of qualified electronic signatures.

The legal advice we advertise is a commercial offer. We inform our clients at an early stage about possible costs and litigation risks. Our clients have planning security right from the start, as we generally work on an hourly fee basis (remuneration agreement within the meaning of § 4 RVG).

An email sent to us requesting that we take action is an application, the express acceptance of which we reserve. A legal advice contract is therefore only concluded upon receipt of our declaration of acceptance by our client and after agreement of the individual mandate and remuneration agreement. Please note that we may require an advance payment of costs and that the fee claim arises with the first action taken. We request that attorney's fees be paid by bank transfer.

If necessary, we refer our clients to our cooperation partners for special consulting services: lawyers, tax advisors, notaries, auditors, experts, and security experts.
